About Our Extensions

About Our Software

All our software is released under the General Public License (GPL). That means that all our software is open-source, we don't use any encryption systems like ion-cube. This makes it easy for you to modify and customize as you require.

We don't place any restrictions on usage. Once you have bought it you can use it on as many of your own sites as you like, or if you are a developer you can use it to build sites for others.

Please note that we retain the copyright for our software, and you may not remove copyright information without permission from us, nor resell it as proprietary software.

All our software is fully the work of Spiral Scripts programmers. Because of this we can offer full support for our products. We will always work with you to fix any bugs that you might encounter - we pride ourselves on having happy customers. If for some reason you are not a happy customer you can contact us either through the site or through our support forum. We aim to produce software of a high standard, and for that reason, we welcome hearing of any bug reports.

Updates

We offer free updates for a year for all our commercial extensions.

Recent customers can obtain an update simply by logging into their account, and viewing the order information, the download link will remain valid for a year.

Older customers may find that their download link has expired. In this case you can obtain a new one by emailing customer support. To obtain an update simply email us using the address that you used to place your order - we will normally be able to trace your order from that. If you are no longer using that email address then please send us some other proof of purchase such as a copy of the order notification emaill.
