We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. We do not pass your information on to 3rd parties. So far we have never actually sent any email marketing, but if we do it will include an unsubscribe link, which will be honoured.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • your name
  • phone number
  • email address

We don't collect credit card information. All online payments are made securely through specialist secure payment gateways.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us.

There is one point that should be brought up with respect to Google Advertising, which we carry on our site:-

  • Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site.
  • Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

We will be reviewing whether we want to continue carrying Google advertising for this reason.

The only cookies that we create on your browser are those necessary for creating your shopping cart and allowing you to log into your user account.
