Hi,

I can't install the as3 manager, because of this, see attachment.
What can I do about it?

Which version of MySQL/MariaDB are you using?

It looks like the problem is just with the indexes. To be honest the indexes are not really necessary anyway, it should be fine to remove them. Try unzipping the attached file and use it to replace the file admin/sql/install.mysql.sql, if that is what the problem is then it should install.
