JomSocial / Mighty Touch Integration for Featured Items Module PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 26 January 2010 18:07

All our featured items modules now include integration with JomSocial and Mighty Extensions People Touch. The modules can be used to display articles by the profiled user whenever a user profile is viewed.

Featured Items is our base module, it displays extracts from selected Joomla articles with article thumbnails. Featured Items Pro displays article extracts and image thumbnails in a variety of formats, including thumbnails and tab-panes, while Featured Items Carousel displays article extracts and thumbnails in a carousel.

These highly versatile modules allow you to feature Joomla articles picked by id, by section or by category. The articles can be ordered in a variety of ways, including by the number of hits, or by the modification date, allowing the module to function like the 'latest news' module, or like the 'most read' module, as well as displaying individually chosen articles, or used to display a random article.
