Please note that we retain the copyright to these script, and you may not remove any copyright information contained in the code. However if you do any work on the script yourself you are entitled to add additional copyright information of your own.

Downloads

In order to download a product you will need to register with us - it will only take a moment - then go through check-out. If you are downloading a free product you will not be charged for downloading the product, but it is one of the conditions that we ask that you say who you are. We have put a lot work into creating these scripts, and we do not think that this is much to ask in return. We will not share your details with anyone else. However if you feel strongly that this is an imposition then you can of course give false details.

If you are purchasing a script you will need to go through check-out and make a payment. As soon as your payment has been processed you can download your order. In the case of on-line payments this can begin immediately.

Returns Policy

We will consider requests for a refund sympathetically, but we cannot guarantee a refund unless there is clearly a problem with the item, which cannot be put right quickly and efficiently. To obtain a refund, you can email us, stating clearly the nature of the problem, plus please remember to give us your name and the order number. All our products are supported, and if you email us at we will do our best to fix the problem. Please email us for further details.

Updates

We offer free updates for a year for all our commercial extensions.

Recent customers can obtain an update simply by logging into their account, and viewing the order information, the download link will remain valid for a year.

Older customers may find that their download link has expired. In this case you can obtain a new one by emailing customer support. To obtain an update simply email us using the address that you used to place your order - we will normally be able to trace your order from that. If you are no longer using that email address then please send us some other proof of purchase such as a copy of the order notification emaill.
