Since upgrading to PHP 5.4.17 and mysql 5.5.32, Joomla is now kicking an error message at the front end wherever we have a VM2 Product Snapshot published. The error reads:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/[USR]/public_html/plugins/content/vm2productsnapshot/vm2productsnapshot.php on line 193.

I have already uninstalled and re-installed a freshly-downloaded VM2 Product Snapshot.

This is not an error message, it is just giving some information. You should find that the plugin is working without any actual problems.

The reason why you are seeing this message is because your site error reporting level is turned up too high, you need to set this to 'none' in your site configuration.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
