<p>I have installed your Featured Items Pro on my Joomla site in two places, one as a vertical list which works fine, and on the home page as a horizontal tab pane, which doesn't work properly when viewed in Internet Explorer (I don't know which version as I saw it on someone else PC - and I work with Mac). It works fine in Safari and Firefox. Is there something I can do to fix it? Do you know of this issue? The site it is installed on is http://66.186.9.165. I appreciate your help.</p>

<p>Hi,<br /><br />I have had a look. It is not a problem with the module, it is a problem with the template that you are using. We do test our modules quite thorough in a variety of browsers.<br /><br />You should try contacting the template author. If they will not help then you can try editing the index.php file of your template yourself to deal with this.<br /><br />This is a well-known issue to do with the way that floating elements are displayed - they need to be cleared at the end, you can do this by adding <br /><br /><span class="HTML_TXT"><span class="HTML_TAG"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><</span><span class="HTML_ELM"><span style="color: #800000;">br</span></span><span style="color: #0000ff;"> </span><span class="HTML_ATR"><span style="color: #ff0000;">style</span></span><span style="color: #0000ff;">=<span class="HTML_VAL">"clear:both"</span> /></span></span></span><br /><br />after the end of the bottom grid where the module is displayed. You may need to experiment with this in order to get the placement right.</p>

<p>Actually I have looked again at your site and I don't think that the explanation I gave was quite correct.<br /><br />However I do think that the problem is with your template. There seems to be some sort of javascri pt error elsewhere in your template which prevents the module from initialising properly. There seems to be a continual loading problem with your page in internet explorer. If you check the error console in Firefox you will see that there are a very large number of errors.<br /><br />I have rechecked the module, and the tab panes definitely work as they should in internet explorer, you can check the examples for yourself on this site.<br /><br />You definitely need to contact the template author and get them to fix it.</p>
