We are happy to announce the release of major updates to our Flash Slideshow modules for Virtuemart, Mod VM Flash Slideshow and Mod VM Flash 3D Slideshow.

These module extensions for the Joomla 1.5 CMS can be used as a replacement for the Virtuemart featured products, top products, random products or recent products modules. They display product images as a Flash slideshow, with a link to the product details page. The modules can also be used to display category images with a link to the product categories.

Version 2.0.0 include a variety of new features, such as: the modules are now fully resizable trhough the module parameters, there is a handy colour picker for the background and text colours, there is a choice of image transitions for the flat slideshow.

Existing customers who have bought the previous version in the last year can download the updated version using their old download id. To install simply upload and install using the Joomla installer. To use the category image display you will also need to install the updated version of the gallery xml component which is included in the download package.
